complex is seeking a Resident Manager. A mature,responsible, stable individual with good interpersonal skills to manage property in
accordance with
directives from the Association Board of Directors and the Property Manager. Previous experience as a resident
manager is desired.

Job duties include:
Daily and weekly cleaning duties, maintenance and
repair of minor
common elements, enforcement of
parking rules, and other House Rules. Pool certification is
a plus. Hours of
work are generally 8:00AM to 4:30 PM, and the position will require after-hour emergency response. The compensation package includes an on-site residential
unit.Salary dependent on experience
and skills.
