condominium on the Kona shoreline
seeking a full-time
non-resident site/ maintenance manager to efficiently and
effectively manage the day-to-day
operations and
projects. Residential or vacation property maintenance
experience preferred. Some hands-on
maintenance and
repair experience (electrical,plumbing,
building,concrete, and landscaping)
is required.Swimming pool maintenance
experience and CPO certificate a plus.
