The Family Assessment Center Ohana Zone Program is located at Ulu Wini housing. The Case Manager helps families experiencing homelessness, those who need support in preventing homelessness and other social services based on their housing status and needs. It is a positive work environment and an opportunity for a creative thinker. Once our participants are housed the Case Manager stays connected to make sure they are successful in their placement.
