**OFFICE ASSISTANT - PART TIME 8:00A-12:00P or FULL TIME 8:00A-4:00P **EXCELLENT & AMICABLE PHONE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND SCHEDULE JOBS FOR A SMALL BUT VERY BUSY OFFICE. **Must be ready to start immediately** Position will include daily tasks including: Busy phones & email, scheduling customers, using excel, communicating with all fellow employees and management, ordering products, invoicing, calling and emailing service reminders, attending staff meetings, creating deposits, handling time sheets and pay stubs, verifying work orders for accuracy, and problem solving skills. MUST be a detail oriented person with computer/typing experience and at least 40WPM. MUST be able to learn quickly, be highly dependable, maintain focus and multi task. MUST be able to work and manage time as a team and alone as well as develop professional relationships with customers. MUST have at least moderate experience using the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Skype, E-Mail, Dropbox and Service-Oriented Programs.
