Kailua Kona, Hawaii
Position requires
leadership, and
ability to supervisor staff with hands-on, team approach;
excellent
communication and organizational skills and ability to work with vendors to maintain all aspects of the property.
Proactively identify
preventive
maintenance of the project and make
recommendations to the Board of
Directors. Work in collaboration with the property's
Managing agent, and the Board of
Directors. Maintain an atmosphere of Aloha around the property with Staff, residents, and guest. Requires 3-5 years prior property
management
experience, and computer, software
